Long before it became the sophisticated haven it is today, our whisky bar was part of the Brisbane Fruit and Produce Exchange, established in 1906. Once a bustling hub of traders and market life, it played a key role in the CBD's vibrant produce scene.

Though much of the original precinct was demolished when the markets moved in 1964, this historic building remains, preserving its legacy. 

Now, it serves as a sophisticated whisky bar, where the spirit of Brisbane’s rich past blends seamlessly with modern luxury.

Legend has it that this very spot later became the foundation of our whisky bar, thanks to a world-traveling connoisseur with a passion for rare and extraordinary whiskies. 

He carried with him a collection like no other, gathering small groups of enthusiasts who appreciated the art of whisky and the warmth of good company.
